All orders are processed within 14 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. This period allows us to prepare your order with the utmost care. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The delivery timeframes below begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within [e.g., 24-48 hours].
4. Title and Risk of Loss
As stated in our Terms of Service, all delivery times are estimates. Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.
